How credits work
Credits meter the work the agent does, not the time spent in the product. The cost is per action:

Because reading and planning are free, exploratory use and long conversations do not burn the allowance — only changes to the deck and external calls do.
Practical translation of the allowances, in fast mode:
- Free — 200 credits ≈ 20 slide creations or edits per month.
- Starter — 2,000 credits ≈ 200 slide operations per month.
- Pro — 5,000 credits ≈ 500 slide operations per month.
- Max — 10,000 credits ≈ 1,000 slide operations per month.
Actual throughput varies: smart mode costs double, and generated images and searches draw from the same pool.

Buying, billing and cancellation
- Sign-up is through Microsoft Entra External ID; the add-in is installed from Microsoft AppSource.
- Individual plans are self-serve, paid by card through Stripe, and can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled from within the add-in.
- Decky AI operates a freemium model: free use is a real plan with a monthly quota, not a trial that expires. The commercial terms are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
- Business and Enterprise are contracted directly, with a separate Data Processing Agreement.

Yes, there is a permanently free plan with 200 credits per month and 20 slides of Slide Library storage. No credit card is required to start. Paid plans begin at €25 per month.

What is a Decky AI credit?
A credit is the unit of metered work. Creating or editing a slide costs 10 credits in fast mode and 20 in smart mode. An AI-generated image costs 20 credits. An icon search or a web search costs 1 credit. Reading slides and planning are free and consume no credits.
How many slides can I make with the free plan?
200 credits per month covers roughly 20 slide creations or edits in fast mode, since each costs 10 credits. Reading and planning actions do not consume credits.
Does Decky AI put a watermark on my slides?
The free plan applies a Decky AI watermark. Every paid plan — Starter, Pro, Max, Business and Enterprise — removes it.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Paying yearly saves 20% on the individual Starter, Pro and Max plans.
Does Decky AI offer single sign-on?
SSO and user provisioning are included on the Enterprise plan. Authentication for all other plans uses Microsoft Entra External ID.
Is there a Decky AI API?
